This is my first time doing someone else’s makeup for an event. Mattia is my gorgeous little friend who has her prom today and so graciously let me take over her face!

We went with a gold/brown smokey eye to go with her GORGEOUS yellow prom dress. I used my Too Faced “Natural Eyes” palette, along with other colors from the Naked 3 palette to create the look. To achieve the smoke, I used a pencil brush from Crown Brushes and applied the gold to the lid using first an Ecotools shadow brush sprayed with MAC studio fix setting spray, and then went over that with my finger.

Since the edges were blended out and winged (I used scotch tape to get the perfect edges) we just blended out some top eyeliner- there was no need for any winged liner.

I topped off the look with a subtle contour using the Anastasia Beverly Hills contour kit and used Eyelure false lashes. The lip is a combo of NYX lip liner in Pale Pink, MAC lipsticks “Viva Glam II” and “Glaze” then topped off with just a nude pink gloss.
